Match Report
With the final pre-season friendly scheduled in before the season start date, Toby hosted another Prem division side in Shenfield to Fords in what was planned out to be another tricky test.
Shenfield started on the front foot passing the ball around the midfield very quickly but without troubling Toby's defence, it wasn't until mid-way through the first half when Toby created their first chance. Justin was put through one on one only for the keeper to save low and hard to his left hand side. Shortly after Toby took the lead when Rhys Willson struck again from distance rooting the keeper to his spot. It was soon 2 when Shenfield was penalised for a high foot leading to a Penalty of which Rhys calmly slotted away for his second.
Into the second half and much more of the same from Toby keeping in nice and compact to see out the win and an emphatic Pre season winning 4 out of 5 matches and keeping 3 clean sheets on the bounce.
